Using Your Computer to Make Money. You CAN do it!

After twenty years of writing for television, radio, and newspapers - I knew it was time that I wrote something for myself. Maybe a book. Maybe more than one. But there was just one thing. I still needed an income.
How about a bookstore? Write between customers! A great idea since I already had a huge collection of books. I rented a shop, opened for business, and started running through my savings to pay the bills. I can't begin to tell you what a difference it made, having one special person come in the door, the difference being enough extra income to pay the rent, the utilities, and allow me to write. (I'm on deadline for a new manuscript right now!)
Ironically, I was hosting a small writer's group in the bookstore when a writer and syndicated newspaper columnist joined us. After the meeting he shared a little of his background, including how he was earning enough money working for himself that he left Hollywood behind - literally!
He shared some secrets with me. They sounded great. Others make more money than I do - but then again - I'm runnning a store AND writing for myself! It just shows how a little effort pays off, and a lot of effort REALLY pays!

A computer, either your own or one that is borrowed. The library has them...
A little experience on the internet is helpful - but can be quickly learned.
It's a proven program.
No selling to family or friends.
No sales parties in your home.
National marketing.
Commissions paid weekly.
